Vatican speaker and California Governor in push for massive depopulation... talk of 'Planetary Court' and removal of 6 billion people under new 'Earth Constitution' and 'World Government'

The truly hilarious part in all this is that the world's masses are already so totally brainwashed by climate propaganda that if you ordered them to voluntarily report to "eco-friendly euthanasia chambers" to save the planet by killing themselves, they'd line up in droves to comply! The bill this time is the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), an appropriations bill to fund the military for FY 2016. The House passed its version of the bill in May. Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) introduced what is called "an amendment in the nature of a substitute" to create a Senate version of the House-passed bill. The Blumenthal/Durbin amendments were introduced on top of the McCain legislation.
